Terms & Conditions of Service

At Wrekin Valets, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-end, professional valeting and detailing experience. To maintain our standards and ensure the safety of both our team and your vehicle, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following terms.

Access to water and electricity will be needed.

Service Location Requirements


As a fully mobile luxury valeting service, we operate at your home or workplace. To carry out our work safely and to the highest standard, the location must be suitable.

We are unable to perform services in:

  • High-traffic or main road locations

  • Tight or restricted access roads

  • Pay-and-display or ticketed parking areas

A safe and accessible power source is required for all bookings. We will also need access to water. If your location does not meet these criteria, please contact us prior to booking so we can arrange a suitable alternative.

Bookings & Deposits

All appointments are secured with a deposit. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are non-transferable

Deposit values may vary depending on the service selected, vehicle condition, and location.

We are happy to amend bookings within 48 hours of confirmation, including transferring the booking to another individual, provided all service conditions remain satisfied.

Rescheduling & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet every scheduled appointment, circumstances outside of our control (including traffic delays, vehicle issues, or emergencies) may occasionally arise.

In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the original date. If we are unable to do so, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Work

To maintain our high standards, it is important that we are made aware of your vehicle’s condition in advance.

Vehicles that require extensive cleaning due to heavy contamination (including mud, excessive pet hair, mould, or bodily fluids) may incur additional charges.

We strongly recommend providing clear details or images before booking so we can offer an accurate quotation. If the condition differs significantly on arrival, revised pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing work.

Agreement & Payment Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

If we are unable to carry out the service due to unsuitable working conditions or undisclosed vehicle issues, the full service fee may still be chargeable.

Invoices will be issued to the contact details provided at the time of booking. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in recovery action being taken.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on our business. As such, we reserve the right to charge accordingly.
